Everything went very smoothly. Getting into the museums was quick and easy. However, you have to download the app to access your ticket. For those who prefer to print it out, this isn’t very convenient. But it’s the cheapest option I found for visiting the Prado, Reina Sofía, and Thyssen museums.

Convenient and very easy to use, even when exchanging the e-ticket for a paper ticket—it saved me from having to wait. I highly recommend it. Disappointed that photography is prohibited at the Prado Museum, even though it’s allowed at the Reina Sofía and Thyssen museums.

We arrived at the entrance to the royal palace 10 minutes ahead of schedule and went right in without waiting in line for even a minute!! The audio guide in the language of our choice, which came with the skip-the-line ticket and could be downloaded at the entrance, was comprehensive and detailed.

I visited the Royal Collections Gallery at the Royal Palace in Madrid today. Everything was superb, I felt unexpectedly good and the whole visit was very well documented, with videos about royalty Spain. It is worth visiting this Palace and especially the Royal Collection.
