Wax Museum Madrid Tickets

The truth is that I went 1 year ago and this time I had to repeat because of my family coming from abroad. And it was better when a person told you things, with a bidi code, not only do you keep people from working, if not, you don't understand it well, for paying attention to other things.

Everything is very good and organized, with few people due to the organization's management and a very realistic statue exhibition. Well worth a visit.

Headout was a great and easy way of buying tickets. The museum is fun for both kids and adults and, bonus, they had a horror exposition!

The short wait we have had to wait and the workers are very nice and do their job well.

I thought that "queue-free entry" was for the attractions (Speedy Pass), and in reality it is just another online purchase. Otherwise, a shame that there are at least 4 attractions closed due to breakdowns, 2 of them water attractions in the middle of a heat wave.

Everything went very fast, we had no problems with the tickets, they downloaded on the app correctly and we enjoyed our experience, it was my husband's birthday present and he left very happy.

Las entradas en la APP funcionaron perfectamente. La visita al Museo y al Estadio son geniales, ya que realmente se vive con Máxima pasión la historia del club desde sus inicios hasta hoy. Si recomendaría que la tienda tuviera más variedad de merchandising, ya que está muy dirigida a vestuario, mientras que la del Barcelona tiene todo tipo de productos, deportivos y no deportivos, que se pueden llevar de recuerdo.

great! We even managed to get in 15 minutes before the start time. Too bad some rooms weren't available because of construction work.

It is incomplete due to remodeling and we were not notified. If we had known we would not have visited and we did not buy tickets.

This was a wish of my son. To visit the stadium. The only pity was that it is being remodeled. A good reason to come back again.

The stadium is absolutely fantastic and so much bigger than I expected, a bit disappointed we couldn't go on the pitch due to maintenance works, the only negative thing I could say is the slow service when ordering drinks.

I thought an audio guide was included but told it was not within my ticket and I thought my ticket included a visit to the away changing room but again it did not.

Those mascots outside the stadium were very pushy and aggressive. The mascots demanded money, at first 100 euros and finally I had to give them something. The mascots were very threatening and without me noticing they also took 10 euros from my 13 year old child. The child said that he was afraid of the mascots and that they had tried to get more money. You should do something about it, because they are in the vicinity of the stadium and we tourists thought that the mascots were welcoming us to the stadium and that they were involved in the event itself.😡

It has been more than you would expect from a museum of trophies and practice tools. Wonderful emotional and heartfelt experience.

The stadium is very well maintained. Museum is too good with all the trophies, teashirts, shoes and football displayed nicely. Treatment to handicapped passengers was very nice. Renovation is done very superb and eye catching.
