Visiting Santiago Bernabéu Stadium was an unforgettable experience for our family. We celebrated our son’s 17th birthday there, and as a passionate football fan, he was absolutely amazed. The highlight for him was definitely the trophy room — seeing so many historic trophies in one place was simply magical. The atmosphere of the stadium, the history behind every corner, and the feeling of standing in such an iconic place made the visit truly special. Everything was well organized, modern, and impressive. It was more than just a stadium tour; it became a beautiful memory for our son’s birthday that we will always cherish. Highly recommended for every football lover! — The Misici Family

“An incredible experience from start to finish. We bought our tickets through Headout, and the whole process was quick and easy—no lines or hassles at the entrance. The Madrid Zoo Aquarium really blew us away: the facilities are immaculate, the animals seem well cared for, and there’s a wide variety of species. What we liked best was the aquarium and the shows, especially the dolphin show, which was thrilling and very entertaining. Plus, the staff was friendly the whole time, and there were plenty of areas to rest and eat. We spent a full day filled with special moments and beautiful photos. Without a doubt, a highly recommended visit for families, couples, or any animal lover. We’d definitely go back!”

It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience—I highly recommend it. I was really impressed to see African, Asian, Australian, South American, European, and other animals all in one place. I loved every bit of it—you really shouldn't miss this place.

The guide really makes a difference—congratulations! We were taken on a journey through the history of the place and introduced to the secrets and mysteries that unfolded in the area you can visit within the palace and beyond!

It's difficult to choose one favorite as the sights we saw at Toledo and at Segovia are all awesome in their own different ways, but the Romam Aqueduct in Segovia is most definitely a contender. A must see!

The tour was excellent—from the guides to the bus driver. The bus was very comfortable and met our expectations, and the schedule was always kept during the tours. The recommendations were excellent. The historical commentary provided throughout the tours was insightful. Everyone—from the driver and the main guide to the local guides—was very kind, friendly, and polite, and they stood out for their knowledge of the history of the places we visited today (Toledo and Segovia). All in all, we had an excellent experience and highly recommend it so that others can enjoy a wonderful day, full of stories and spectacular scenery, and learn about this beautiful part of Spain’s history. Thank you all for giving us such a wonderful experience. I would definitely do it again. Highly recommended.

Top attractions

Move through Santiago Bernabéu at your own pace, pausing at the panoramic stand view, trophy galleries, and museum displays that matter most to you. The audio format adds context to Real Madrid’s history without locking you into a group schedule.

Why book a Santiago Bernabéu audio guide tour?

✔️ Freedom to set your own pace

Move quickly through the stands or linger in the trophy galleries without waiting for a group. It suits fans who want time for photos, videos, and museum displays.

✔️ More context inside the museum

An audio-led visit helps connect the European Cups, club legends, and interactive exhibits. You get background as you go, without stopping every few minutes for a guide’s full-group explanation.

✔️ Easier to fit around your day

Timed entry makes planning simpler, especially if you’re pairing the stadium with other Madrid stops. Head in, follow the one-way route, and finish in under 2 hours if needed.

✔️ Better for mixed-interest groups

Football fans can dive deep, while casual visitors can move faster through sections that matter less to them. That flexibility is helpful in the museum, stands, and official store.

Pick the correct add-on: Start with Santiago Bernabéu Stadium Tour Tickets if you want timed entry and a self-paced visit through the stadium and Real Madrid Museum. If you want live commentary instead, choose the English or Spanish guided upgrade. If you want to pair your visit with more sightseeing, Headout also offers Combo (Save 9%): Santiago Bernabéu Stadium Tickets + Madrid Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour, Combo (Save 5%): Wax Museum Madrid + Santiago Bernabeu Stadium Tickets, and Combo (Save 5%): Santiago Bernabéu Stadium Tour Tickets + 2-hour Welcome Tuk-Tuk City Tour.

Timed entry matters: Arrive within the slot printed on your ticket, because entry is valid only for the selected day and time. On busy dates, that matters more than anything labeled ‘skip the line,’ since all visitors still pass through the same security process.

Bring the right setup: Keep your mobile ticket ready on your phone before you reach the entrance. If your selected option includes audio support or a radio guide system, follow the access instructions on your confirmation, and bring earphones if your option requires personal listening.

Where to begin: Start with the panoramic stadium view before heading deeper into the route. Once you move on to the museum and lower sections, the visit is mostly one-way, so don’t rush your first full-bowl photos.

What’s covered?: Expect the panoramic view, the Real Madrid Museum, trophy displays, and interactive exhibits as the core experience. The route can change because of renovations, match days, or stadium events, so technical areas may open or close on the day.

How to use your audio guide

Setting up your audio guide

  1. Book Santiago Bernabéu Stadium Tour Tickets and confirm your entry time. If your chosen option includes audio support or a radio guide system, read those instructions before travel.
  2. Keep your mobile ticket ready and arrive within your slot. Timed entry works only for the selected day and time, so don’t leave this part until the last minute.
  3. Carry a fully charged phone and earphones if your option uses personal audio access. If your ticket includes a device or radio guide, collect it exactly where your confirmation tells you.
  4. Enter through the designated access point and follow the route from the panoramic stands into the museum and open stadium zones. You’re ready to explore.

Tips to make the most of your audio guide

Do the panorama first: Spend a minute with the upper-stand view before heading down. It’s your clearest full-stadium photo spot and usually feels calmer than later stops.

Finish the museum before moving on: The route is mostly one-way. Take your time with the trophy galleries and interactive displays before continuing to the next zone.

Use match-day windows carefully: On match days, access is usually limited to the museum and panoramic view up to 5.5 hours before kickoff. Pick an earlier slot if your travel dates are fixed.

Plan around stairs: The route includes steps, and the last floor is not served by an elevator. If mobility matters, stay flexible and ask staff about the day’s open path.
