Getting there:

  • On foot: The meeting point for your tuk-tuk tour is a stone’s throw away from Puerta del Sol in central Madrid, making walking the best way to get there. The 900m distance is approximately a 12-minute walk, making it easily accessible.
  • By taxi: You can also take a taxi from Puerta del Sol to the starting point. However, you will need to walk the last 100-150 meters to the exact stop.

The best time to go on a tuk-tuk tour n Madrid is during spring (between late March and early June) and autumn (between September and November). This is when the weather is pleasant, making your tour a comfortable experience.

Note: Even if you visit Madrid during winter (between December and February), your tuk-tuk will be equipped with blankets to keep you warm.

  • Unfortunately, the tuk-tuks are not wheelchair accessible. 
  • Due to a lack of storage space available, the tuk-tuks also cannot accommodate strollers or other mobility aids.

  • Luggage: Carrying strollers, luggage, and large packages isn’t allowed, as the tuk-tuks don’t have enough storage space to accommodate them. 
  • Smoking & drinking: Consuming alcohol or smoking is strictly prohibited on the tuk-tuks. 
  • Pets: Unfortunately, your furry friends cannot tag along on your tuk-tuk tour. This includes service animals. 
  • Age & weight: Children must be at least 2 years old or weigh above 9kg to enjoy the tour. 
  • Number of passengers: Due to space constraints and safety reasons, the tuk-tuks can only accommodate a maximum of four passengers. If your group includes between 5-8 people, they will be accommodated in a second tuk-tuk.
