Very interesting tour - the guide was professional and told the history of the mosque in an exciting and authentic way!

The audio tour was not great. Some historical buildings were not even mentioned!! Hard to follow which buildings were being talked about. Definitely not worth 26 euros - more like 10

It was nice. Good route and nice audios while going around. The only thing I didn't like was that it is named "Hop on Hop off tour" but its a bus without stops, so especially with kids it would have been better to have that option of going down whenever you'd like.

ould have been a great tour but there were no stops - unfortunately also no real visible info prior bying the tickets. That's a huge dissatisfaction for some of the spots we would have liked to visit a bit longer and continue the tour later which was not possible - but the tickets were already bougt.

Plus points: - always good to have a general view of a city - the 2 routes - historical & modern - are interesting Minuses: - too bad there weren't any intermediate stops so you could get off/climb to visit the sights - not all audio outlets worked properly - staff a bit nitpicky: with QR-Code + validity date, excessive to ask for printed tickets again

Good explanations of all the sights. Just too bad there is no hop in hop off while it is advertised as such

I had never been to Madrid, so I booked the bus tour on-Line. No problem getting on the bus , Everything pleasant and I got to see Madrid with the two bus tours.

It was nice to be able to see Madrid above street level because then you really see how beautiful the buildings are. The tour itself was not very fascinating little was told about the history of the city or certain places, just which architect designed it. I would have liked to hear a little more.

we booked the tickets online ...it was super easy to find the buses..and we took old tour first .stopped for lunch .then took new tour... it wascwell organized and the audio guide worked really well. We enjoyed everything we saw..thankyou !

I bought the tickets thinking I'd be able to get on and off at the places I wanted (HOP ON/OFF), but all I got was misleading advertising. The place to catch the bus was also not the most central or suitable for those on foot. It was worth the driver giving me some tips on how to get around Madrid by bus for free.

Too bad you can't get out. Other than that, mostly saw a lot of trees.

Too long a tour, without the possibility of getting off at certain points to visit the sites

Especially on hot days, the best way to see a city is a similar ride.

The tour had only 1 stop , start and this bus have no stop all other city s I can hop on and hop off but , but not in Madrid . After the tour I took a tuk tuk and it stopped at some of the sights. I was able to get out and look at everything and then continue on. That wasn't possible with you. I'm used to hop on and hop off. I've experienced Barcelona, ​​Rome, Genoa, Naples, Paris... differently.

Very boring especially in the recorded part. Lots of historical notions between dates and names .... but not very engaging. The modern tour makes no sense at all . Totally useless staff on board

The bus did not allow boarding and alighting it was only a 1h30 ride.

There is no hop on and hop off option available anymore which was not reflected when I bought the tickets.

Good experience although the overly busy downtown extended the travel time quite a bit

it was a good, concise tour of Madrid, lots of information and history nuggets along the way, and the tour guide spoke excellent English!

The trip was not available,probably due to manifestations in Madrid. Nobody informed us, and yet they have not refund the money

I booked a Hop On Hop Off and we had a continuous ride with no stops. This was not mentioned. I think I paid too much for a 1h30 tour . I would advise all my friends not to book this overpriced tour.

I paid for a Hop On and Hop Off bus tour of Madrid and as highlighted there were 11 stops to chose from. This however was not the case as you can't get off at all until the tour finishes. I travel lots and this is the first time I have experienced this as we always do this to get to know the city and then use the bus tour finishes go from venue tk venue tk save time.

Nice little tour, in Spanish or English. Hard to find the starting point but we got to see Madrid

The guide spoke very quickly and with her mouth glued to the microphone. You couldn't understand anything. I warned her, but it didn't get any better. I asked them to pay attention to the way they spoke, but unfortunately it was a very poor visit

I would choose a different organizer next time. Price was exorbitant

I already wrote my complaint, in your app the tickets seemed to be a on/off ticket, not a single loop, I had to pay the difference to upgrade the ticket

Worst experience ever. Roads and routes closed due to a protest but the company didn't inform us. All stops where we were to get the bus were closed and there was no one to help. After over an hour we found a lady who sent us to the fifth stop on the tour as it was open. We then waited another 40 mins. Once in the bus, you couldn't hear the guide nor did we see much due to the route. Basically we rode the bus from stoplight to stoplight. Worst tour I've ever taken.

See most famous place in Madrid and we had a good gide.

I couldn't get there because there were Pride Day celebrations and they closed stations and roads..... Nobody warned me.... I was 20 minutes late

The tour is sufficient in terms of duration. However, there are some things to report to improve the service. The bus is old and takes in water from the roof ( it was raining ). The guide is only in Spanish and English, we should distribute audio guides and have more languages. In short a little disappointing, it can be done much better.

Highly recommended, the guide in particular (Lion) demonstrated knowledge and group management. The tour was well designed as well.

Une honte. Difficile à trouver. 30 min avant nous étions sur place. Le bus est arrivé 5 min avant le départ. . Nos billet ont été scanné. Et au moment où le bus a ouvert ses portes un groupe sans avoir été scanné ni vérifié. Ont poussé pour prendre les meilleurs place. N ont pas été correct lors de la visite. Nous ont gene.. personne a rien dit. Ni vérifier leurs billet. Une honte. Avoir payé pour rien profiter

Booking on Headout is very easy and fulfills its promise (skip-the-line access). A very important attraction for learning how the Royal Palace works and how Spanish history unfolds.

There was a long line and thanks to the fact that I had bought the tickets in advance I didn't file and got in quickly. I recommend it.

Actually skip-the-line tickets don't save you from standing in line, because most people buy them. So we stood almost half an hour in line anyway.

Madrid's Royal Palace is definitely one of the city's most striking attractions. The visit went well overall, although it is useful to know that despite the advance purchase of the ticket, there is a line of about half an hour before entering. Once inside, the organization was efficient and the rooms are spectacular: the halls are well-kept, rich in history and well explained, and there is no need to take self-guided tours. It is worth taking the time to explore at leisure. The only negative note: the bathrooms were definitely dirty and poorly maintained, which is surprising at a site of this level. Overall, however, the visit is worthwhile and a must-see for anyone visiting Madrid.

Very easy to book. I would have given excellent service if the signs were more clear saying prebooked tickers and the lady who checked our ticket said my code showed only one ticket where as it was 5 adult tickets.

Experience, both with buying tickets and visit, were great. Buying tickets was simple, and they arrived soon to my email. Visit was also easy to find the entry, we almost didn't wait, just entered the palace and started our visit. The palace is amazing, impressive and worth visiting.

We had booked tickets online for Palacio Real in Madrid. The advantage of booking online was indeed, that you don't have to wait in a long line, but get in much faster. Visiting the palace is definitely recommended, it's amazingly beautiful! And wonderfully cool inside, if you are in Madrid in the summer with temperatures over thirty degrees and still want to do fun things!

Audioguide paid separately on site, it was not included, of the rest. Above all, I paid full price for the child as well because I saw no choice in the shopping map. 21 euros I would have saved myself ...

The show was excellent! We enjoyed the music, the seat location, the crowd atmosphere, and the theater location, being convenient to our hotel. Love the encore and the additional music songs by the cast!

The palace is beautiful! Definitely worth checking out. We had trouble downloading the PDF of the ticket from the app and there's no WiFi at the palace. I went next door and tried their WiFi but it still didn't work. They needed the PDF to scan. After about a half hour, they let us in but we couldn't get the audio. I tried again later with WiFi to download the tickets on the app and it still didn't work.

The skip-the-line ticket was very helpful. We waited only a few minutes. The only downside was that we booked for Saturday and after paying an email came saying there were no more seats. We had to make Sunday quickly because we had a flight at 4 pm. By the way, the Sunday ticket was cheaper but we did not receive a refund for the difference.

Pretty straightforward process ordering the tickets online. Skipping the line was the best; so may people were waiting in the sweltering heat and we just walked into the museum. Highly recommended.

Everything went very fast, we had no problems with the tickets, they downloaded on the app correctly and we enjoyed our experience, it was my husband's birthday present and he left very happy.

The stadium is absolutely fantastic and so much bigger than I expected, a bit disappointed we couldn't go on the pitch due to maintenance works, the only negative thing I could say is the slow service when ordering drinks.

It is really a great experience, from the signage, ambiance, kindness of the tour team. My family and I had a GREAT time.

I thought an audio guide was included but told it was not within my ticket and I thought my ticket included a visit to the away changing room but again it did not.

Everything was wonderful. We were even treated to a military parade while waiting in line. Thank you for assisting us with rescheduling our ticket dare after a death in the family causing a change in our family plans. We are very grateful to the staff!

The richness of the collections - the way the Reina Sofia tells some of the modern history of Spain through art, the construction of Guernica through Dora Mar's photographs, the outstanding and uncrowded Thyssen-Bornemisza

Getting in and having special access was fundamental to enjoying the tour and avoiding the long queues at the door. Avoiding the long queues was the highlight of choosing to buy the tickets through the APP, the ease of purchase, the quick turnaround and the communications too. Just one observation: the tour is long and it's practically impossible to do it all in one day. Another important point of this ticket is the possibility of visiting any day within a year and on any day of the week and at any time. However, this is good for those who can be in Madrid for more days and organize their schedule. That's fantastic!

We started at Tysenn. Everything went very smoothly, the accreditation and the entrance. Not so in the Pardo (the second visit) where there was the main queue and a second shorter queue (20' wait) to accredit the QR code. With the Reina Sofia we finally had a second shorter queue, but as there were less visitors there were a couple of minutes of waiting.

Zoo was great and kids loved it. Not sure if I would have booked the aquarium as hadn't realised it was much further out from the city.

Super good, beautiful park, cute little animals well treated in their space, an excellent plan to go with the family with the little ones.

The idea of the museum is original, and fun, but it is true that there were a lot of people and it made it difficult to stop to see it calmly and take pictures.
