Guided tours in Madrid

We had to wait for at least 25 minutes in the cold before getting into the museum. Your instructions of arriving there 15 minutes earlier along with a delay of getting into the building made us quite uncomfortable. Also, we thought this was a private tour, but it ended up as part of a teamof 13 people in total. I must admit the guide was good and she kept our interest throughout the tour

I received a cancellation notice from you two days before we were supposed to take a tour. We went to the meeting place anyway. Nobody showed up. I sent you two email requesting refund and never received any responses or refund. K. Matthewson

For those of us who wear hearing aids because we are deaf, they should offer hearing aids that go over the ear instead of in the ear, because when we remove a hearing aid to hear the guide we hear all the ambient noise, which in this case was the noisy guides with school children. In the case of the art at the Reina Sofia Museum, I would prefer anecdotes about the paintings, the museum and the painters rather than the guide's personal interpretation of the works.

Guide was good. But tour was only i hour instead of 1,5 hours as promised.

The guide was not very professional, he was with a candy in his mouth listening to the audio guide. He repeated himself in the explanations and did not give the Gernika painting the importance it has, besides not explaining it properly.

We loved the layout of the museum, the wide variety of modern art ; the history, especially of the Guernica, and our guide was absolutely phenomenal!

I loved my trip to Madrid!! I was really afraid to take this solo trip, but the audio guide provided me with a lot of information and helped me navigate my way through the city.

What an experience. I totally recommend the self-guided tour as I could take a break when I wanted to and resume as per my convenience. It was a great way to see all the city's gems!

I was not really sure if I wanted to opt for the audio tour option, but my friends did try it out last month and I was as well satisfied with the experience. I visited quite a few popular landmarks in the city which I otherwise would not have explored if I had to do it my way.

The information included at the time of booking had nothing to do with the experience received. We were satisfied with the guide who accompanied us on the bus but with respect to the other guide who showed us Toledo, her explanation lasted barely an hour and she did not tell us the name of the place where the tasting was, she simply told us that it was up the street and the time. So we had to ask around, which showed a lack of interest on his part. Regarding the tasting, the person was pleasant and sociable with the group that attended.

To the show I could not enter because simply after paying 180€ for two tickets, it did not appear in the flamenco reservations nor in the tapas, so a SCAM IN CAPITALS, I am waiting for the refund, if I get it, I will let you know by this way, for the moment the money does not appear.

That everything has gone smoothly

The presentation of the lady who gave us the tour was splendid. Very good erudition.

The tickets for over 65 years old for guided tours offered by the Headout application at 0 price, do not exist in reality. Instead of those, two tickets were reserved for children under 6 years old. We had to fix it at the ticket office, and finally we were able to make a NON GUIDED visit for 4. It is incredible the malfunction of the Headout application.

All very well organized and very pleasant visit, both by the staff and by the dependencies of the Palace that are visited. It is worth it.

Instructions were clear and Toledo was lovely. We changed guides once in Toledo and I feel it would have been great if she had used a microphone like some guides from other tours. There were a lot of people a lot of noise making it very hard to hear her. She did her best under difficult circumstances.

Easy ride from Madrid to Toledo and back. I liked the explanation about Toledo upon arrival and the view point. Unfortunately there was also a 'factory visit' of damescene jewelry, a real tourist trap which took precious time (45 minutes). This was not advertised and such damescene could be bought in many shops in town as well. The tour in centre of town and cathedral was nice.

It lasted 7 hours instead of 8 like it was said when i bought tickets.

To say visiting the Royal Palace of Spain is an extraordinary thing, especially when accompanied by a prepared patient and clear person. Added value to the experience was your staff, whom we waited in front of the palace instead of going to their headquarters. Arriving at the venue late, one of the staff accompanied us to the group that had already left, crossing before the entrance to the palace. Bravo

We really enjoyed Marisol as a guide; she is well spoken, knows her history and is quirky. We would have liked to spend a bit more time in each room but other than that it was very interesting.

An excellent way to see the highlights of the palace. The guide's narrative was very interesting. A most enjoyable tour. Highly recommended!!!

The ticketing experience was simple. Meet up point instructions conflicted in the confirmation but we found the spot ok in the end. Perfect tour length, but some of it felt slightly rushed.

A good way to skip the queue's and see the palace with explanation. The sound quality was OK, but not great. This is partly likely as I am a hearing aid user, so had to remove them to use the headphones. I found the sound to be boomy when the volume raised and better with the volume lower. The palace itself is spectacular, even though part of me thinks that the oppulence is somewhat obscene in this day and age, but hey it's history that is worth seeing!

The guide, Blanca, was excellent. She delivered the tour so seamlessly in both English and Spanish. The Palace itself is very impressive and so lavishly decorated. Loved the bold colours of the various rooms and how different the decor styles were. Stunning!

Our tour guide was very informative she also engaged the group by asking questions keeping it interactive. The issue we had is we had to wait for 2 parties to show up. We stood in the hot sun waiting from 3:15 to 3:40. The time requested us to be present was 3:15. She was being told to continue to wait for the parities that were late.. We then moved forward into the palace at 3:40 and then we had to wait again because the parties arrived . If a party is not there at the time the ticket said which was please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time. Start time was 3:30 time to meet was 3:15. The entire group had to wait for these individuals that did not follow the guidelines. My suggestion is a 15 minute grace period. If they are not there by 3:30 start the tour.

The experience visiting the Real Alcazar was great! I wish I booked the tour ahead of time as I had to pay double the price through headout for the same tickets.

The tour guide, David, was very informative, funny, and definitely enhanced the tour experience. Skipping the line was also a big plus. It was very organized and on our walk over to the palace we also received some additional lore about the city and buildings.

Fantastic tour with Rocia, truly informative, fun, and well-paced. It would help to kinow that the tour departys from the other plaza; in other such tours, we went to an office to exchange our headout passes for tickets, and then went to the main site to begin. We went to the plaza looking for some sort of office. More precise instructions for that part would be helpful m- "your btour will depart from plaza...the tour guide will meet you at the plaza at 12:45, with a sign saying ...then you will walk to the palace "(5 minute wal;k), get headsets, deposit bags, and enter" etc.

The meeting place was 8 minutes from the palace, but the walk to the palace was a nice 20 minute walking tour of the city. Tour group was big, but the audio device was good. Almost non-stop commentary was quite informative

I appreciate the info received by the guide. We have to wait at the line even if we had skip the line ticket but I received a refund after I reach the company. So, after all, i recommed Headout team.

The guide who led us on the tour of the Royal Palace spoke clear English, easily understood even by non-native speakers like yours truly. It was engaging and interactive, recommended visit!

Very easy to order everything went correctly. The guide started already from the starting point with facts about the things we walked along until the palace. Further very good guide,pleasant to listen to with nice and funny anecdotes! Highly recommended!

Our very knowledgeable and friendly guide Cristiana gave us an overview of the history of Spain as she took us to the Royal Palace . The tour of the palace was very interesting and comprehensive. Even my 11-year-old son enjoyed it and did not get tired

The guide was professional and skilled in getting us to all the important places,as with hundreds of visitors at same time in the same room is not easy.

Our tour guide, Marta, was exceptional, vibrant, thorough and interesting. She managed a large group and some difficult palace staff really well. Our 9.45 am tour was cancelled, which we found out about only when we arrived at the appointed time. Your staff claimed contact was made to inform me of this by either phone or email - but when we checked it was clear we didn't receive any notifications. No apology was offered on the day and no explanation given. Tour was rescheduled to 11.45 Will not recommend your company.

The tour guide was both funny and knowledgable! Really enjoyed the experience and felt rather smug beating all the queues!

guide was wonderful. she added to the experience with knowledge and anecdotes about them which added to our enjoyment. she had a difficult job as there were crowds in the rooms and the number of personal guides and other tour groups made it difficult to see the exhibits. having paid for a tour I expected more space to see the rooms

There was some confusion at the beginning as we overlooked the fact that the meeting point was a little away from the Bernabeu-Stadium in a side alley. Our guide Aldo really impressed us with his passionate love for the club and the new stadium. He was very friendly, funny and extremely informative. Perfect job, a big thank you to Aldo!

The guide had a habit of moving as she was talking which was distracting. When we were in the museum the music playing was way too loud and the guide had to shout to make herself heard.

The stadium visit was great, you get in very quickly, no queues, everyone is so friendly and available to help. The museum fascinated us, everything is really nicely done and described. The time of the visit is also great because you see everything. The stadium is huge and beautiful, worth a visit! I recommend it to everyone!

Everything went very fast, we had no problems with the tickets, they downloaded on the app correctly and we enjoyed our experience, it was my husband's birthday present and he left very happy.

The truth that legend is a great pass, I recommend it 100×100, however the Santiago bernabeu I was quite disappointed because they direct you and practically force you to the photos that they do and tell you that it is part of the bernabeu tour being clear money and more money, now if you go to see the history of the beginning and club and others that is what I most focused on the phrases on the walls and trophies could cope and then see the field in works because the truth I did not like it.
