When visiting the stadium, you can take the metro, bus, or even drive yourself. It is located in the Chamartin district of Madrid, Spain on the Paseo de la Castellana, a major thoroughfare in the city.

Getting to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium

By metro

  • You can take Line 1 from Pinar De Chamartin in the city center to Tribunal Station. Then, you can walk to Line 10 Tres Olivos station and catch a metro to the Santiago Bernabéu station, and the stadium is just a few minutes walk from the station.

By bus

  • You can take any EMT Madrid bus line 14, 27, 40, 43, 120, 126, 147, or 150 from Madrid’s city center. 

Closest stop: Santiago Bernabéu (right after the Lima stop)

By car

  • While you can reach the stadium by car, keep in mind that it only caters to parking for about 1,000 cars. Once these fill up, you’ll have to rely on the paid parking lots nearby. 
  • If you don’t want to rely on public transport, you can even take a taxi, which can drop you off right outside the stadium.

Note: It can be a challenge to find parking on match days. We recommend taking the metro and getting off at the Santiago Bernabéu station, from where the stadium is just a few minutes’ walk.
