What's not allowed
Atlético de Madrid Stadium
- Calling out to players, asking for photos with them, or requesting autographs is strictly prohibited; violation may result in exclusion from the experience without compensation.
- Late arrivals may be denied entry due to stadium security protocols; refunds are not accepted.
- Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the stadium for security reasons. However, the museum has lockers where you can store bags or baby strollers.
- Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
Santiago Bernabéu Stadium
- Due to security reasons, storage facilities for luggage, pushchairs, buggies, etc., will not be provided.
- Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
- Drones are strictly prohibited. Guests who enter with drones will be denied entry.
Accessibility
Atlético de Madrid Stadium
- The stadium is adapted for wheelchair users, with 99 reserved seats on Level 0, along with a companion seat for each.
- If you have mobility limitations, please contact atletitour@atleticodemadrid.com in advance to arrange your visit.
- You can carry your baby stroller into the stadium, but keep in mind that access to some areas will involve stairs.
Santiago Bernabéu Stadium
- This tour includes climbing staircases and escalators. It is therefore not recommended for prams/strollers and wheelchair users.
- Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.
Atlético de Madrid Stadium
- The experience may be suspended or modified without prior notice for sporting or organizational reasons; if this occurs, you will be offered a ticket exchange for another day.
- During June and July, access to some parts of the stadium will be limited due to events. However, you can still access the museum.
- You can purchase a bilingual audio guide at the venue for immersive commentary on the stadium, museum, and the club's history.
- Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
- Club member discounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times.
Santiago Bernabéu Stadium
- Real Madrid reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour partially or totally due to the holding of events at the stadium, matches, renovation works, or circumstances beyond its control.
- On account of the construction work at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, the tour route will be temporarily disrupted. The following areas have been closed to the general public: the presidential box, the first team changing room, the visiting team's changing room, the players' tunnel, the benches, and the press room.
- Visits to the changing rooms, the VIP box, the mixed zone, and the press room will be unavailable.
- Please be on time. Access for arrivals after the scheduled time is not guaranteed.
- This ticket is valid for a single entry. If you need to leave and re-enter, you'll need to purchase a new ticket.
- Please follow the instructions and routes of the Club staff.
- On match days, the tour is open until 5 hours before kick-off.
